Police department across New Jersey on Friday began an annual holiday crackdown on drunken and impaired driving.
The state provided $795,340 in grants to 132 law enforcement agencies for additional enforcement and checkpoints as part of the Division of Traffic Highway Safety’s annual holiday “Drive Sober of Get Pulled Over” campaign, the state Office of the Attorney General said Friday.
