Justice Is My Priority
Mark C. Dewland P.C.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
I have lived in South Jersey my entire life and I have litigated personal injury cases for over 30 years. I have litigated everything from car accidents to plane crashes and I am all too familiar with the devastating effects of pain & suffering, lost wages, medical expenses and emotional despair that result from serious personal injuries. However over the last two decades I have watched as a new danger has emerged in our community.
I have witnessed far too many members of our families, our friends and our neighbors who have had their lives destroyed by the opioid epidemic. Greed has led hospitals, pharmacists, doctors, drug manufacturers and drug distributors to needlessly ruin the lives of countless souls. Medical professionals have abandoned standards and prescribed indiscriminately for far too long. If you or someone you know has been injured by opioids or suffered other serious injury call and talk to me. I stand ready to hold the responsible accountable!

What our clients say about us
Having known Mark for almost 30 years, he was the first attorney I called when I lost my daughter to opioids. His dedication and commitment to my family and our case went above and beyond what you would expect from an attorney and the results speak for themselves. I would strongly recommend Mark for any person who suffered injury and needs representation.
When I first hired Mark to represent me in my opioid lawsuit I didn’t really know what to expect. I was actually amazed at the level of expertise and passion he brought to my case. He aggressively sought out the people who had caused my illness and never let up. Mark is an outstanding attorney and hiring Mark was the best decision I ever made.
When I injured my hip at work and needed a hip replacement I didn’t know where to turn. Mark worked tirelessly on my behalf and never stopped until the case was won. Every time I reached out to Mark he took the time to explain the process and the progress. If I ever need an attorney again, Mark will be the first person I call.
I called Mark when I was injured in a serious car accident and I could not get my medical bills paid. By the time he was finished, Mark not only got all my bills paid, he got the treatment I really needed and the settlement I deserved. Anyone injured in an accident should definitely call Mark first.
the best lawyer in the room. Its not often that a Defendant wins a DWI trial in New Jersey but it happened to me. I am not the type of person who posts reviews. I’m not an internet person and I don’t use social media but I have no problem recommending Mark to anyone who needs a litigator in their corner.
Experience matters…not big cars and shiny suits! Free phone consultations call and talk to me, not an associate! I want to see you succeed in the courtroom. My resources and reputation speak for themselves.
